Service calls are attended promptly by our well-equipped workshops in Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi/Islamabad by our factory trained service engineers who are sent abroad on a regular basis for training courses conducted by the manufacturers.
Our engineers/service staff visit manufacturer's factories to receive one-on-one training. We maintain a good inventory of spare parts for our products and those parts that are not readily available in our workshops are promptly imported via courier services from abroad.
